Rental Agreement terms

Cancellation Policy: Renters agree to pay a $100 charge per machine for cancellations made without giving notice less than 72 hours from your time and date of delivery.

Our frozen drink machines are very heavy so please advise us upon ordering if there are any steps involved. We may need some assistance during delivery and pickup. We will not set up on second story.

Top Shelf Margaritas will not be held liable for any failures of the margarita machine if the frozen drink machine is moved after Top Shelf Margaritas sets up the machine and makes sure the machine is in good working order, or the electrical connection is altered in anyway.  If you need to move the frozen drink machine or alter the electrical connection in anyway, give us a call for authorization and assistance.

Our rental policy: If the machine is physically broken or stolen while in your procession, you will be held financially liable for repair or replacement. You will not be held responsible for mechanical malfunctions of the machine unless abuse of operation is evident.

Please do not use anything other than the mixes and recipes that are provided to you from Top Shelf Margaritas. 

By reading this disclaimer, and providing payment for services rendered, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold Top Shelf Margaritas as well as all {their/its} employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my accepting delivery of any rental of equipment/products and services by Top Shelf Margaritas.
